Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges for unused, unmodified items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Warranty
Our products are made to last, and we stand behind that. BucketCo offers a 12-month limited warranty on manufacturing defects with proof of purchase. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or product modifications. If you believe you’ve received a defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos and order information so we can make it right.
