Refunds & Exchanges Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused, unmodified items in their original condition and packaging. If your bucket doesn’t work for you (hey, it happens), send it back and we’ll refund the product cost once we’ve received and inspected it.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds—this can be your order number, receipt, or confirmation email.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made a mistake on our end.
- Items must be clean and unused—we can’t take back buckets full of cement or glitter (you know who you are).
Exchanges
Need a different color or changed your mind? We offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is unused and in sellable condition. Proof of purchase is required. Contact us to get started—we’re happy to help.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order shows up damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send us a photo and your order number (aka proof of purchase), and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
