Warranty

At BucketCo, we build our products to last and we stand behind every bucket that leaves our hands. If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, we’ll make it right. Just contact us within 30 days of your purchase with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll offer a replacement or refund, no hassle.

Our 12 month limited warranty specifically covers manufacturing defects, meaning flaws in materials or workmanship. It does not cover issues resulting from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or modifications. Buckets are tough, but they’re not indestructible. If you run one over with your truck or use it as a fire pit, that’s on you (and honestly, kind of impressive).

We also accept returns on unused, unmodified products in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund for the product cost original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom and limited-edition products may not be eligible for return unless there’s a confirmed defect or error on our part.
